From payment to your first alert.
Everything after checkout, in order. Takes about five minutes.
Four steps, in order.
-
Send your username
Checkout asks for your exact TradingView username. It is case sensitive, so copy it from your profile rather than typing it.
-
We whitelist you
Your username goes onto the invite list, usually within minutes. You get a confirmation once it is live.
-
Add it to a chart
Open TradingView, click Indicators, choose Invite-only scripts, and pick Signicator. It loads on whatever you have on screen.
-
Set an alert
Right-click the chart, choose Add alert, set the condition to Signicator, and pick push, email or webhook.
Finding it in TradingView.
- The Indicators button sits in the toolbar along the top of the chart.
- Invite-only scripts is a section in the left-hand list of that dialog.
- If it is not there, log out and back in. The list caches.
Indicators, then Invite-only scripts, then Signicator.
If something is not right.
It is not showing in my invite-only scripts
Two usual causes. Either the username sent at checkout does not match your account exactly, or the list is cached. Log out of TradingView and back in first. If it is still missing, send us the username from your profile page and we will check the whitelist.
I sent the wrong username
Message us with the correct one and we will move the access across. There is no charge and no limit on fixing this.
The indicator loads but I see no signals
That is normal. It marks setups rarely by design. Scroll back through history on the same chart, or open bar-replay, and you will see where it has printed.
My alert is not firing
Check the alert is set on the Signicator condition rather than on price, and that your TradingView plan still has an alert slot free. Free accounts get a limited number.
Can I move it to a different TradingView account?
Yes. Contact us with both usernames and we will move the licence.
