Refund policy
When you can get your money back, when you cannot, and how to ask.
The short version
Signicator is digital and access is granted almost immediately, which affects what we can offer. Our policy is set out in full below. If something has gone wrong, contact us before doing anything else, because most problems are fixable.
The refund window
We offer a [REFUND WINDOW, e.g. 14-day] refund window from the date access is granted, subject to the conditions on this page. To request one, contact us within that window with your order reference and TradingView username.
Your statutory right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply has begun, provided you gave express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose the right.
Our checkout asks for that consent, because access is granted within minutes. Where you did not give it, or where supply has not begun, your statutory right is unaffected and takes precedence over anything on this page.
When we will refund
- We were unable to grant access and could not resolve it.
- You were charged twice, or charged after cancelling.
- The product is materially not as described on this site.
- You request a refund within the window and within the conditions above.
When we will not refund
- Trading losses. The indicator marks conditions on a chart; it does not trade and cannot promise an outcome.
- The product not matching an expectation we never advertised, for example a specific win rate or profit figure. We do not publish those, and no one at our company is authorised to promise them.
- Change of mind after the window has closed.
- You cannot use it because you no longer have a TradingView account.
- Access was withdrawn for a breach of the terms of service, such as sharing a licence.
How to request one
Contact us through the contact page or at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order reference, the email used at checkout, your TradingView username, and a sentence on what went wrong. You do not need to justify a request made inside the window and within the conditions above.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the same asset at the amount originally received; we do not compensate for price movement between payment and refund.
What happens to your access
Your TradingView username is removed from the invite list when a refund is issued, and group access ends at the same time.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong, contact us first. We would rather fix it or refund it than dispute it. Raising a chargeback without contacting us costs both sides time, and we reserve the right to withdraw access while a dispute is open.
Contact
Refund questions go to [SUPPORT EMAIL], or through the contact page.
