PROOF

Do not trust it. Test it.

Every indicator site claims accuracy. Almost none of them show you how to check. This page shows the charts, explains the trick most tools use to look better than they are, and hands you the method to test us and everyone else.

The same chart, indicator off and on.

Identical candles, identical zoom. Nothing changed between the two captures except the indicator's visibility. Drag the divider.

THE TRICK

Watch an indicator lie to you.

This is a working demonstration, not a diagram. Press either button and watch what the arrows do as new candles arrive.

Watch the arrows. As each new candle closes, the indicator quietly reconsiders and moves its old signals to better spots. Scroll back through history later and it looks flawless.

Why it happens

A repainting script scores a candle while it is still forming, then revises when the candle changes. Because only the final version is saved to the chart, the history you see is a record of decisions that happened to work out.

Why it matters to you

You cannot trade a signal that appears after the fact. The backtest looked profitable because it was allowed to change its mind. Live, you get the version that did not.

TEST ANY INDICATOR

Ten minutes, and it costs nothing.

Use this on Signicator. Use it on anything else you are considering. It is the single most useful habit you can build before buying a tool.

Open bar-replay

In TradingView, click the Replay button in the top toolbar. It is available on the free plan.

Rewind

Pick a point a few hundred candles back. The chart now behaves as though that is the present moment.

Step forward

Advance one candle at a time and note every signal the moment it appears. Write them down or screenshot them.

Compare

Exit replay and look at the same stretch of chart. If a signal you recorded has moved or vanished, the tool repaints.

CONDITIONS

Results, with the settings shown.

An equity curve with no disclosed conditions is a picture, not evidence. Pick an instrument to see exactly what was tested.

Hypothetical performance disclaimer. Backtested results are simulated and carry inherent limitations. They benefit from hindsight and cannot account for slippage, spread, execution delay or the pressure of live risk. Past performance does not indicate future results.

HOLD US TO IT

What credible proof looks like.

This is the standard we think any trading tool should meet, ours included. If a claim on this site ever appears without these, tell us and we will either back it up or take it down.

  • The instrument and the timeframe stated
  • The exact date range, not "recent results"
  • The settings used, so you can reproduce it
  • How many signals are in the sample
  • What counts as a win, defined before the test
  • Losing trades shown next to the winners
RED FLAGS

What to walk away from.

If you are shopping for indicators, these are the signs that the numbers in front of you were not earned.

A win rate with no sample size

"92% accurate" over eleven trades is noise. Over eleven hundred it is a claim. Without the count you cannot tell which you are reading.

No losing trades anywhere

Every strategy loses. A results page with nothing but winners is either cherry-picked or repainted, and both mean the same thing for your money.

Profit shown in currency

"$47,000 last month" depends entirely on position size, which you are never told. R multiples or percentages can be compared. Dollar figures cannot.

Urgency instead of evidence

Countdown timers and disappearing discounts are what a page uses when it has nothing to show you.

FROM TRADERS

People who checked before they trusted it.

Piotr Nowak 🇵🇱@piotr_markets

I tested it on EURUSD, GBPUSD and USOIL. My main timeframe is 15 minutes, and I usually combine the Signicator signals with support and resistance before taking a trade.

Daniel Weber 🇩🇪@daniel_fxdesk

I use Signicator mostly for EURUSD and Gold on the 1-hour timeframe. For me, it is useful as an additional confirmation rather than relying on one signal alone.

Olivia Brown 🇺🇸@olivia_trades

I have been testing Signicator on the S&P 500 and a few US stocks on the 15-minute chart. It is easy to add to my normal TradingView setup and does not require much adjustment.

QUESTIONS

About proof, testing and claims.

How do I know these screenshots are real?

You do not have to take them on faith, and that is the point of this page. Run the bar-replay test yourself on a free TradingView account and compare what you see with what is shown here.

Does Signicator repaint?

No. Nothing is scored until a candle has closed, and once an arrow prints it does not move or disappear. The four-step test above is how you can confirm that rather than believe it.

Why do you not publish a single big win rate?

Because one number with no conditions attached tells you nothing. A rate depends on the instrument, the timeframe, the period tested and the definition of a win. We would rather show those than a headline figure.

Can I see the trade log?

Ask support and we will send the exported log for whichever instrument you are interested in, with the settings needed to reproduce it.

Why does it not signal for hours sometimes?

Because there is nothing worth taking. A tool that marks something every hour is marking noise. The quiet stretches are the filter doing its job.

Is any of this financial advice?

No. Signicator is a technical analysis tool for educational purposes. It highlights conditions on a chart. Every decision, and every risk, stays with you.

Test it on a chart you already know.

Bar-replay is free. Ten minutes will tell you more than any sales page, including this one.
